Job Title: Management Trainee Officer (MTO)
Location: Nikunjo 1, Dhaka
Job Type: Full-time
Salary & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: BDT 15,000 (Probation Period); BDT 20,000 after 3 months.
Sales Incentive: Attractive performance-based incentives
Festival Bonus: Two bonuses per year
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and target-driven individuals for the position of Management Trainee Officer (MTO) in our real estate division. The role involves learning property sales, client handling, and market development while contributing to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties
Conduct site visits with potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Generate leads through fieldwork, networking, and online platforms
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide accurate information about property features, pricing, and legal documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, and accounts)
Maintain client database and prepare regular sales reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Fresh graduates can apply (experience in real estate/sales is a plus)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Presentable, confident, and customer-focused
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
