📝 Job Summary

The Zonal Officer – Vehicle Refinish (VR) will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth operational activities within the assigned territory. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with dealers, garages, body shops, contractors, painters, and channel partners while supporting customer development and product application activities.

The selected candidate will work closely with the retail and cross-functional teams to ensure business growth and maintain high service standards.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, garage owners, contractors, painters, supervisors, and procurement stakeholders.

·      Provide on-site and off-site technical support regarding product selection, color matching, surface preparation, and paint application techniques.

·      Conduct regular customer visits and support technical teams with paint requirement estimation and painter training.

·      Organize Demand Generation Activities (DGA), Weekly Painters Meet (WPM), product demonstrations, and sampling activities.

·      Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product placements, and garage mapping within the assigned territory.

·      Coordinate with distribution and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and stock availability.

·      Submit bills and supporting documents as guided by the Branch Manager for smooth collection and processing.

·      Handle customer complaints and resolve technical/product-related issues efficiently.

🎓 Educational Qualification

·      Bachelor’s degree from a reputed national university

·      Science background will be preferred

💼 Experience

·      1–2 years of experience in direct sales or technical services

·      Experience in the refinish/coating industry will be an added advantage

💰 Compensation & Benefits

·      Salary: BDT 21,000 – 23,000 (Based on experience)

·      TA/DA: BDT 17,000 per month
