Job Description
We are hiring, Intern - Business Development
Location: Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka
Duration: 3 months
Salary: BDT 10,000
TA/DA, Mobile Bill
Weekends: Friday & Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential B2B clients and market opportunities
Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
Schedule and attend regular company visits and client meetings
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
Prepare customized business proposals and presentations
Assist in drafting commercial agreements and partnership contracts
Negotiate terms and support the deal-closing process
Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline progress
Build and nurture long-term professional relationships
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in client-facing interactions and company visits
Basic understanding of sales processes and negotiation
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
