 Job Summary We are looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused Female Hair Care & Color Executive to provide expert hair and scalp consultations, recommend suitable haircuts, colors, and treatments, and enhance the overall client experience. This role focuses on consultation, client relationship management, and product recommendations rather than hands-on styling. 

Key Responsibilities • Conduct hair and scalp assessments and provide personalized consultations. • Recommend haircuts, color services, and treatments based on client needs. • Advise clients on hair care products and after-care routines. • Create customized color and treatment plans. • Coordinate with stylists to ensure service quality and client satisfaction. • Build long-term client relationships and handle feedback professionally. • Drive retail sales through consultative product and service recommendations.

 Requirements • Female candidates only. • 2–3 years of experience in hair styling, coloring, and chemical treatments. • Knowledge of hair science, color theory, formulations, and professional treatments. • Familiarity with leading professional brands such as L’Oréal Professionnel, Wella Professionals, Schwarzkopf Professional, and Olaplex. • Excellent communication, consultation, and customer service skills.• Strong sales and relationship-building abilities. • Professional appearance and passion for beauty and hair care.

 • Location: Mirpur • Salary: BDT 15,000–20,000 per month (depending on experience)
