Asst Manager/Manager (Chemical Sales)

Position: Manager (Chemical Sales) Department: Chemical 

Communicate with the concern persons of channel partner as and when required for the company’s interest.  Search for the market scope and prospective customers for corresponding product i.e. Waukesha & Jenbacher gas engine users, Gas turbine users etc  Submit order of the product to the principal through the commercial department considering the market demand, sales scope and existing storage.  Communicate and visit with prospective customers on a regular basis.  Preparing, providing and maintaining offer letters for the product, as and when required.  Following up the offer letter and finalizing the deal with the customer on a possible profitable manner.  Deliver the product to the customer as and when required with maintenance of challan copies after the product delivery and maintain a register of challan numbers.  Ensuring Submit of bill to the customer after the product delivery, maintain a register of bill numbers and submit a copy to the account department after every bill issued.  Manage outstanding /collection of bills and maintain a register for the collection/outstanding of bills.  Keep a track on the user customers to test the chemical according to schedule and provide water test reports to the customers as and when required.  Monitor the users/ customers’ requirements and notify them about the next requirement.  Maintain Laboratory service for customer support and emergency response for critical problem. Educational and Experience Requirements:  B. Sc. In Chemical Engineering is preferable. Experienced in the same filed with Diploma in Chemical Engineering may be considered.  5-7 years in Chemical Sales and Laboratory service-related knowledge especially on industrial water treatment for Cooling Tower and Boilers.  Well versed knowledge about water analysis in laboratory.  Should have well versed knowledge of Bangladesh Chemical market.  Capable of working under pressure to achieve the marketing & sales target, should be self- motivated to enhance the overall sales, marketing and service with the capability of measuring risk analysis and feasibility study.  Good computer (Word, Excel, and Power-point) with organizational skills is a must excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
