We are looking for a high-agency intern to drive digital growth and design for JBSB. We connect marginalized youth with corporate jobs, skill development, and CSR initiatives.
What You Will Execute:
Design clean, modern graphics for social media, corporate presentations, and web banners (promoting job fairs, training programs, and B2B HR services).
Write sharp, conversion-focused copy in English and Bengali aimed at both job-seekers and corporate HR managers.
Manage our social media calendars and utilize AI tools to accelerate your workflow.
Work directly with our Technical Architect to produce design assets for our web platforms.
What You Must Have:
A strong portfolio (Your designs matter more than your CGPA).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
A problem-solving mindset—if you don't know how to do it, you research and figure it out.
An interest in social impact, youth empowerment, and tech-driven HR solutions.
