Support Engineer Intern
Company: A Reputed Softtech Limited Company
Location: Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka
Employment Type: Internship
Salary: BDT 7,000 (Monthly)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off Day: Friday
Additional Benefit: Lunch will be provided
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to clients and internal teams
Assist in troubleshooting software, hardware, and network-related issues
Monitor system performance and report any irregularities
Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of software systems
Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and processes
Coordinate with senior engineers for complex problem resolution
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in CSE/IT or related field
Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) is a plus
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
